Terry's only ambition for many years was to just be a "normal" kid; a goal not shared by many of Jenny's nerdy, non-conformist friends, especially the flying kid in the red suit from another dimension.

In issue #33, Terry's plan for normality fell to pieces, when she was forced to come to terms with her growing attraction to her old friend Pamela, and the social stigma she knew that such a relationship would bring.

Though wanting nothing to do with Zot's "weird" other Earth at first; Terry now longs for that world's culture of tolerance -- a quality she finds in short supply on the world that raised her.
