The Blotch is a corporate crime kingpin on Charity, a nightmarish world of pure capitalism run amok. With no restrictions whatsoever on corporate behavior, Charity has become a feudal battleground between a handful of multinational corporate overlords.

The Blotch’s origin is a mystery -- to us at least. Max seems to know something but he ain’t telling. All we know for sure is that Blotch’s head consists of a human face imposed upon a mass of continuously exploding protoplasm and that in issue #27, we saw him “melt down” to a foot high four-legged eyeball and run away.

The Blotch is nasty, petty and loud. He’s one of Zot’s least favorite villains.
